By accessing and using LiveAdaptiv ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our web applications, digital products, and coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer (Crucial)

While Alex Ioda is a Treatment Team Leader and clinical strategist with extensive experience in psychiatric settings, the tools, applications, and frameworks provided by LiveAdaptiv are for educational, high-performance coaching, and professional development purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical therapy. Use of these digital tools does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.

3. Digital Products & Access

When you purchase a digital product, web application, or master deck from LiveAdaptiv, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share your access keys, passwords, or the digital files with third parties. We monitor concurrent logins to protect the integrity of our software.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks (including but not limited to The Energy Lens, The Somatic Map, and The Lobster Cycle), text, graphics, and code are the exclusive property of LiveAdaptiv and Alex Ioda. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our web applications or services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant structural changes.
