Refund Policy

Digital Products & Web Applications

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access to proprietary frameworks, all sales of digital products, web applications, and field guides are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital access key or PDF has been delivered to your email.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased application, please contact support immediately so we can manually issue a new license key or resolve the access error.

1:1 Clinical Consultations (ELI Assessment)

For 1:1 sessions, including the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) debrief, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. If you cancel prior to the 24-hour window, you may request a full refund or choose to reschedule.

Corporate & Enterprise Workshops

Refunds and cancellation policies for B2B enterprise engagements are governed by the specific terms outlined in your corporate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and initial proposal. Generally, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the dates on our calendar.
